The Art of Conversation

Effective spoken communication in a professional setting encompasses several important factors.  Tone of voice, listening, effective use of words and conversational intelligence all contribute to enhancing our interactions with others and promoting stronger working relationships.  In this program, participants will learn practical conversation techniques they can immediately put into practice to enrich daily interactions with colleagues and customers.
